I will teach you how to use your unique family tree and cultural heritage to reconnect with deep internal patterns, awakening the resilience, harmony, and wisdom carried through generations.

My parents came from Norway, and I used my family tree and the stories of my ancestors to help shape my mind-body practice. My ancestors adapted, survived, and thrived within a demanding environment, developing strengths through the way they lived, worked, moved, and connected. 

The numbers are staggering. Go back just 20 generations—about 500 years—and you’re connected to over a million ancestors. Their biology lives in you. The way they moved, responded to stress, and found safety helped shape the nervous system you carry today.

We are living in a world we weren’t designed for. It’s like being dropped into a modern world with an ancient system. We are aliens in a foreign land. Soma18 brings things back into alignment by working with your body and brain the way they were designed to function.
